This parent-focused class equips you with the knowledge, language, and practical tools to introduce the concepts from the My First Period Workshop in the comfort of your own home. (children should not attend this webinar).

Together, we'll walk through the biology of the menstrual cycle, normal pubertal development, and age-appropriate ways to discuss periods in a positive, confident, and shame-free way.
