Welcome to EmpowerYou Fertility! I'm a Fiat Institute Hormone Coach and a FEMM instructor. My home base is Kansas, where I live with my husband and 3 young kiddos. I'm SO passionate about giving women the education they deserve to understand their unique feminine design! This is the only way we can make educated healthcare decisions. From teaching you the basics of cycle tracking to helping you navigate hormone imbalance - I've got you covered. I'm here to empower women one by one. I'm here for YOU.
